 Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 10 business days, please let us know by emailing support@extended-alpha.com. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.

Refund policy
 We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 To start a return, you can contact us at support@extended-alpha.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 Refunds
  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order change. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by emailing us at support@extended-alpha.com. Please be sure to include your order number and to let us know what changes need to be made. We will be sure to let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the wanted changes.

Sorry! At this point in time our manufacturing process does not allow for custom orders. This includes custom sizing, wood grain and lens requests. What you see on our site is what is available.

We do not offer discount codes at the moment, however, we do run special promotions through our newsletter list from time to time. If you would like to hear about promotions first please subscribe to our newsletter in the footer of this page.

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things:
 • Your order was never actually placed and processed.
• You have entered an incorrect email address with your order.

Sure thing! We try to keep returns as simple as possible. As long as they meet our criteria, it should be no problem at all to return them.

Extended alpha Returns:
 • Returns must be in brand new condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original order date.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
